MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH ON DECEMBER 17,2021 AT 3:30 PM IN SINASAJAN, PEÑARANDA,

COVID-19 Status including isolation facility (TTMF)
COVID Vaccination Status

III. Invocation Led by Mrs. Evelinda G. Padilla (RHM)

IV. The Municipal Health Officer Dra. Xaviera Jihan V. Bautista starts the introduction and
acknowledgement of the attendees.

Dra. Bautista discussed the duties and responsibilities of all member as part of DRRM-H.

The COVID-19 status of our Municipality is zero active case (suspected, probable &
confirmed). COVID-19 virus still spreading throughout the country, over the last few months,
the municipality recorded high number of COVID-19 confirmed and suspected. The COVID
Vaccination is ongoing. The herd immunity status of our Municipality are 68.53% vaccinated
with at least ONE DOSE and 45.28 % fully vaccinated.

Status of isolation facility was updated. RSI Meinhart Abesamis to maintain the cleanliness of
facility through weekly checking and inventory of items including oxygen tanks, especially
during the holiday break.

PPE and alcohol availability and inventory to be done by PHN Florence Leabres and Sarah
Madulid.

Updating of DRRM-H plan (2022 to 2025) to be done in early 2022 by Sarah Madulid and Dra.
Bautista.
