Question 4

Cooperation is a process where a group of people work together, to accomplish a job, usually
by splitting up the work.

Collaboration on the other hand, is a dynamic process where a group of people work together
to achieve common objectives via

• communication and iteration, in which an initial idea or work product is set forth
• feedback is communicated, to one another on the idea or work product, and
• revision is made in accordance with feedback, until the group is unanimous.

(a) Set up a WhatsApp or equivalent group chat, named T##-n with the participants full
name as matriculated with SUSS, excluding your instructor, to discuss ideas on how
to get more Singaporeans to accept Covid-19 vaccination. At the end of the
discussion, export the group chat and include as submission here.

(b) Set up a Zoom or equivalent meeting, excluding your instructor, to finalize the ideas
