Please be informed that our Management has agreed to your request to convert the outstanding bills
for the sewerage account mentioned above into an installment payment plan.

The monthly instalment payments should be made according to the details provided in Appendix 1,
which is attached herewith. However, the following conditions apply:

1. All monthly installments including both outstanding and current charges, must be paid within
the installment period specified in Appendix 1
2. Payments can be made through any of the following channels or payment modes:
a. Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd (IWK) payment counters
b. IWK collection agents – please refer details mentioned on the reverse side of the
sewerage service bills or IWK website https://www.iwk.com.my/payment-method
c. Postdated cheques – Please send us postdated cheque payable to “INDAH WATER
KONSORTIUM SDN BHD” along with a copy of this letter, based on the Installment
Plan
3. Defaulting on any monthly installment payment will nullify the agreed installment plan, and IWK
reserves the right to demand full settlement of the remaining outstanding amount as a lump
sum payment without any further notice.
4. The account will only be delisted from our CTOS tagging upon full settlement, based on the
Instalment Plan.
