(Our service charges towards arranging necessary labourers along with tools, tackles and equipment’s for removal of cover concrete/plaster, cleaning, staging & scaffolding, lighting arrangements, assistance for testing team etc,, will be a lumpsum of Rs. 1,75,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy-Five Thousand only) plus GST @18%. TAXE: In addition, a GST as applicable at the time of billing (at present 18%) shall be payable by youas per Govt, Trade Notice. OUT OF SCOPE: Please note that the above charges ‘does not include’ making periodic visit during restoration works in progress and attending meetings. ‘ACILITIES / REQUIREMENTS AT SIT! Following facilities will be arranged by you at free of cost during investigation: a) Necessary permission/pass from concerned authorities to entry into project premises and to carry out tests, inspection and taking photographs. b) Copy of existing layout drawings, Structural drawings, Architectural drawings of the WTP Tanks for verification. ©) Removal of plaster etc. at required locations for inspection and testing. d) 3pin, 16 Amp power and water supply at site for extraction of concrete sample. ©) The extracted core location shall be filled with free flow micro concrete after necessary cleaning, surface preparation and providing a coat of bonding epoxy with suitable shuttering. £) The existing water tanks shall be kept empty and cleaned prior to testing for inspection and testing, 8) One Engineer/ responsible person from your end to co-ordinate with our team during testing.
