TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All the MDPE pipe will be provided by the Contractor.

2. Staff & labor of the contractor, accommodation will be provided.
3. All the utilities, electricity, water and etc. will be provided at the site by the client.
4. Reinstatement of the damages due to construction, road cut, horticulture, cables, water
supply, sewerage, telecom and etc. will be executed by the client.
5. All MDPE pipe line accessories will be provide by the contractors.
6. Labor, tools needed for installation of MDPE pipe line will be provided by the contractor.
7. The execution of contract and the quality of work will be as per standards of SNGPL.
8. Material inspection is responsibility of contractor.Material Testing Lab Report (SNGPL)
9. Testing by contractor.
10. Handover to SNGPL by contractor.
11. (Tiein job)
12. Complete Gas Pipe Line work, and all work for SNGPL Department Dealing by Contractor
PAYMENTS:

1. Total work charges 60% advance, 20% during work and 15% on work completion and 5%
after testing
2. All work completion than final payment cleared by the company.
3. After completion the work 100 pounds pressure testing.
4. This rate included income tax.
