Product : Water,
Running prerequisites :
- Our system does not make upstream jams possible,
- The container must not be “pushed” in the control zone,
- No conveyor chain transfer between the HEUFT unit and the rejector,
- Bottles must not slide on the conveyor,
- An approx. 2 cm gap must exist between bottles,
- If the sensors have to be installed in certain machines (filler, closer, labeler), the conveyor must be
synchronized with the machine
This procedure allows a complete inspection of the closure contour for plastic and
metal closures. The detection of damage on the lower edge of the safety ring by
contour tracking as well as the detection of the colour of the closure are part of the
standard supply.
The
inspection module is designed to be supplied with air (overpressure) so that the optical
components are optimally protected against humidity and dust.
4 Additional trigger
The additional trigger checks the position of the containers moving on the conveyor
and corrects the position information of the internal shifting register for container
tracking according to the actual container positions.
Additional Encoder
Encoder for an exact monitoring of containers when there is a conveyor crossover
between the production machine and the control device.
Rejection module
Side adjustment of rejection segments for the bottles with different forms.
Air check sensor is included.
Operating Modules
Remarks :
• For the machine mounting, the line must be stopped and conveyors must already be installed,
• For test and programming, the conveyors / Filler must run with possibility to pass some bottles,
• For commissioning, the line must be in production at nominal speed,
• Flat rate for an extra day (with our local partner)....................……............…………….EUR 705,- H.T.
Rejection verification
Signal emitted to stop the line when a faulty container is detected but not rejected
(detection of this bottle with a sensor placed after rejector).
Important note: The area to be inspected should always be facing the camera.
The presence of drips or fill level at the dating level can create false rejects.
Price appreciation (VAT excluded)...............................................................................EUR 7 100,- H.T.
Sampling - Filler
Module that permits bottles sampling, depending on their origin in the filler. Possibility
for automatic sampling for quality control, as well as programming of:
• start condition,
• repeat conditions,
• conditions to stop the sampling.
After the activation of the sampling procedure via the screen or a terminal, every
container that passes the main trigger and fulfils the pre-set conditions will be rejected.
Pre-set conditions (e.g. valves 11 to 21) must be configured on the customer laptop
and sampling can then be started directly on the device HMI.
Price appreciation (VAT excluded).......................................................................................EUR 3 800,- H.T.
Sampling - Closer
Module that permits bottles sampling, depending on their origin in the closer.
Possibility for automatic sampling for quality control, as well as programming of:
• start condition,
• repeat conditions,
• conditions to stop the sampling and repartitioning.
Price appreciation (VAT excluded) if sampling – filler selected.........................................EUR 1 900,- H.T.
