Fill level control : underfill HF

Underfill detection by high frequency bridge

360° Closure inspection - Final View CAP II – Contour inspection

This inspection system is composed of 4 motorized and height-adjustable Giga
ethernet cameras that allow the inspection of the corking quality from 4 different views.

This procedure allows a complete inspection of the closure contour for plastic and
metal closures. The detection of damage on the lower edge of the safety ring by
contour tracking as well as the detection of the colour of the closure are part of the
standard supply.
The

inspection module is designed to be supplied with air (overpressure) so that the optical
components are optimally protected against humidity and dust.

A minimum space of at least half a diameter of cap is required between each

container. Optical inspections of the closing area require that the area to be inspected
be free of water drops and water films as this may result in the rejection of the
container (technical rejection - no false rejection).

Location Diagram (for Filler faults)
Module which allows localizing the origin (n° filler valve) of every single bottle
identified as underfilled (or overfilled). Display of the graphics represents the faults for

Location Diagram (for Closer faults)

Module that detects the origin (n° closer head) of every single bottle which is not well
closed. The diagram represents the faults for all closer heads. Possibility for stop
signal in the case of consecutive fault.

4 Additional trigger
The additional trigger checks the position of the containers moving on the conveyor
and corrects the position information of the internal shifting register for container
tracking according to the actual container positions.

Additional Encoder
Encoder for an exact monitoring of containers when there is a conveyor crossover
between the production machine and the control device.
