It has been decided that henceforth HOD’S of all department will identify one
competent person who can independently take his charge in his absence and who can
be earmarked as the 2nd in command in his department .The process of selection
should be completed by 4th December, Monday.
The person so selected shall give a PPT at the meeting of the meeting of the core
committee every week.
In the perspective of such PPT ,the top management will visit the project site for
having an on the spot observation.

List of the officers so selected and their date of presentation will be intimated in due
course.
