LEASE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This CONTRACT is entered into by and between;

MICHELLE PITPIT TATTAO, of Legal age. Filipino, married and a resident of Molave st. purok #4
Minante 1, Cauayan City Isabela 3305,Philippines, hereinafter called as the LANDLORD.

In the event there’s Seven (7) TENANTS, each Tenants is jointly and severally liable to Landlord for
payment of rent and performance in accordance with all the terms of this agreement.

PREMISES
The Premises leased is an (3 HOUSE) with the sum of ₱ per House and (4 Studio Type Rooms)
with the sum of ₱ per room located at Minante 1, Cauayan City Isabela 3305,Philippines. Water
Bill,Electric bill and Wifi is not included.

Upon execution of this contract, the Tenats shall make an 1 month deposit and 1 month advance
rental. The deposit will be refunded less whatever amount that the Tenants unpaid obligation
(Water,electricity and any damages and violations).
