CHEESE SANDWICH

◦INGREDIENTS

2 SLICES OF WHOLE BREAD

1 SAUSAGE
2 EGGS
2 SLICES OF MANCHEGO CHEESE
1 TEASPOON OF OIL
1 TEASPOON OF MAYONNAISE
1 TEASPOON OF KETCHUP (OPTIONAL)
◦STEP 1
Heat your frying pan with medium heat for
about a minute
◦STEP 2
Slice your sausage into small slices while you
wait for your frying pan to get hot.
◦STEP 3
Break the eggs and pour their content into a
cup. Then, mix it well until it becomes uniform.
◦STEP 4
Once your frying pan is hot pour your oil (1
teaspoon) on the hot frying pan surface.
◦STEP 5
Pour the mixed eggs on the hot frying pan.
◦STEP 6
Add the slices of the sausage on top of the
eggs.
◦STEP 7
Add the two slices of Manchego cheese on
top the eggs and the sausage.
◦STEP 8
Put half of the teaspoon of mayonnaise on top
of each of the slices of bread and apply it
evenly.
◦STEP 9
Once your eggs and sausage have been
cooked for one minute, flip it and let it cook for
one more minute.
◦STEP 10
Turn the fire off. Get a plate to make the
sandwich. Put the slices of bread with
mayonnaise on top of the plate. Then put the
cooked eggs and sausage on top of one slice.
◦STEP 11
Put the teaspoon of ketchup on top of the
cooked eggs and sausage, put it evenly. Put
the other slice of bread on top of the other
and you’re done.
