1. Fifty Percent (50%) down payment, Fifty Percent (50%) full payment will be collected after project
completion.
2. All additional scope other than mentioned above shall be charged separately.
3. Lead time for the delivery/installation will be 6 to 8 weeks.
4. Cancellation of any portion of this contract is sucbject to forfeiture of the 20% of the downpayment.
5. Items and/or any materials delivered to the client shall remain exclusively as property of JDRS Engineering,
unless paid in full.
6. Client hereby authorizes JDRS Engineering to pull out subject/installed items in case of failure to comply with
the terms and
conditions hereof and failed to pay the contract price.
7. Price Validity: Thirty (30) days from the date of the qoutation.
8. Warranty: 6 months on materials and services.
9. All regulatory requirements / permitting / construction bond will be responsibility of the client.
