Introduction
Modern Secondary School Ochoko, located in Arua District, is a school committed to
providing quality education to the local community. Established with the goal of
fostering academic excellence, the school has been serving students in the region for
several years.

As with any educational institution, it faces a unique set of challenges and opportunities
that can be assessed through a SWOT analysis.

Brief School Profile:


Modern Secondary School Ochoko is a Government grant Aided secondary school
founded by church of Uganda.

It is located at Bongova village, Ewa parish, Ajia sub-county, Vurra county, Arua district;
it started in 2002 as a private institution and later became Government Aided in 2011
situated in a rural setting, catering primarily to students from the surrounding villages.
The school offers a curriculum that aligns with national educational standards and aims
to empower students with the knowledge and skills necessary for their personal and
professional development. The student body is diverse, representing various socio-
economic backgrounds.

The school has an enrollment of around 240 students, and a staff population of around
30 comprising of both teaching and non-teaching staff. Who have the required levels of
qualifications.

The school has established Board of Governors by Ministry of Education and sports.

 Develop a plan to gradually introduce and integrate technology into the teaching
and learning process.
