Purpose
The purpose of Daily Operations Meeting serve as a tracking platform for both STT and site specific Facilities Management
(FM) Team to ensure all daily and follow up action activities are recorded and conduct accurately.

Objective
The main objective of daily operations meeting is to keep track for upcoming weekly schedule, rack power up, provisioning
and Incidents activites that require follow up and to ensure all planned activities are executed in accordance to the schedule.

Process
1) The daily operations meeting template are sorted into individual tabs. There are Weekly Schedule, Rack Power Up,
Provisioning and Incidents.

2) Both STT and FM Team are to schedule daily recurrence meeting to discuss on the progress of the Daily Operations
Meeting presented by the Day shift personel.

3) Night shift personel will check and update if there are any amendments that need to be done.

4) All daily operation meeting activities for the day itself will be highlighted in the meeting and all necessary information are to
be filled in the remarks column on the latest information provided.

5) Upon completion of activity in Weely Schedule and Incident tabs, STT Team will ensure all service reports are submitted.
