16th SGADF National Championship 2024 during 9-11 February 2024, at Rajiv
Gandhi Sports Complex, Delhi , India.
The primary aim of these games is to bring forward the best talent in Sports from all
over India and enhance there exposure at the National & International level.

Rules & Regulation
u The participants / teams must report and depart as per the schedule of the events. The travel details must be
informed to the host well in advance for suitable arrangements. Early arrivals or delayed departures must be
avoided, as these shall not be the responsibility of the host school.
u Parents of the participants are not allowed as escorting of icials; neither will they be permitted to enter the venue
except in the capacity of a spectator. Any parent/Guardian misbehaving during the event will not be allowed to
enter the venue for that day. Strict action will be initiated against the participating student, whose parent is found
to misbehave/create problem at the venue relating to selection
u The decision of the of icials/judges / referees / umpires at any event is inal and will be binding on all the
participants.
u In case of disputes/misconduct, the team players are liable to be debarred/suspended from all future events.
u Strict action will be taken against Coach/Manager using abusive/ unparliamentary language. Written complaint to
be forwarded by the Observer to the SGADF.
u Sports events will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of the various Sports Bodies in the country.
u We will provide Medals, Winner Trophy, Certi icates, Form-2, T-shirt, Of icial Mementoes, Certi icate, T-shirts and
Tracksuits , Veg food, Stay in (School Classrooms).
u Entry Fee will not be refundable in any case. Organizing Committee has the right of accept or refuse the entry of any
individual our team.
u In case of any Injury or miss happening during the championship only irst-aid will be provided.
u The organising Committee will not be responsible for any injuries, Damages, Losses before, during and after the
championship.
u Alcoholic drinks, smoking, chewing tobacco and drugs are strictly prohibited at the venue of the championship and
accommodation area.
u Of icial Facilities: T-shirts and Tracksuit, Food, Stay, Memento, Certi icates.
u Of icial Charges will extra if less then 10 Players.
u Player Registration Fee Including Stay Registration Fee 3000/-
u Of icial Charges 2000/- or Extra Persona Take care (2500)/-
u Participate in Extra Event 1500/-
u NOC Mandatory by Parents or Coach.
u Late fees 500 per player
u If the Same age group Competition or State not Participated in the event so we will provide you Merit.
u Last Date of Submission entry is 20th January 2024.
u Online & Of line Registration Available before last date.
u Medalist Player Selected for International Championship and Asian Games.
u Sponsorship for Medalist Athletes (For International Championship/ Nepal Championship Not Included).
u Documents: Addarcard, NOC, Registration form or Birth Certi icate.
u Follow all Covid-19 Rules and Regulation Vaccination Certi icate Mandatory attached Covid- 19 Certi icate.
