Day wise Tentative itinerary

Day 1: Amritsar
Arrive at Amritsar by train or flight. Check-in to the Hotel. Freshen up. Visit Jallian wala baugh.
Later, visit Golden temple to enjoy the night view of this holy place. Stroll around the market
around Golden temple and enjoy your day at leisure or get around local restaurants or dhaba.
Overnight in Amritsar.

Day 2 : Amritsar to Bir ( 260 kms )

Post breakfast check out of the hotel and drive towards Bir. Get ready for Asia’s highest
paragliding. Enjoy your night at famous cafes with live music. Overnight in Bir.

Day 3 : Bir to Manali ( 160 km )

After Breakfast, Drive towards Manali. Check in to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight Manali.

Day 4 : Manali Local Sightseeing

After Breakfast, Visit Solang Valley for adventure and snow activities, drive towards Atal tunnel.
Overnight Manali.

Day 5 : Manali Local Sightseeing

After Breakfast, visit Hadimba Devi Temple. Stroll around Mall road for some shopping and cafe
hopping. Overnight in Manali.

Day 6 : Manali to Kasol (76 kms )

After breakfast, drive towards Kasol. Check in at the hotel and freshen up. Drive towards Tosh
and visit Manikaran Gurudwara on the way. Arrive back to Kasol and enjoy some shopping.
Overnight in Kasol

Day 7: Kasol Local Sightseeing

After breakfast enjoy the riverside walk, Chalal village walk. Enjoy your day by hopping into
Hippie Cafés, Dj night. Overnight in Kasol.
 Day 8: Kasol to Chandigarh ( 280 kms )
After breakfast check out of the hotel and leave for Chandigarh with lots of memories.

● Lunch at any hotel. Extra food & drinks ordered other than meal plan, Tips, insurance, phone calls,
laundry, shopping, heater, etc.
● River Rafting charges, ropeway ride charges, paragliding charges etc.
● Any services or activity charges other than those mentioned in the inclusions, Entrance fees and
Guide charges of sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
● Travel insurance. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface
transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
● All Tips – Guide, Driver & Restaurants.
● Porter age (Coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages,
mineral water (unless specified), items of personal nature and food and drink which is not part of set menu.
● Any upgradation in the hotel room category.
● Anything specifically not mentioned in the tour price inclusions column.
● Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any
personal emergency.

● Vehicle will be not be at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be
applicable

● Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Hotels for security reason like: election
card,driving Licence, Passport.
● Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to
explore the place of visit on your own.
● All Special requests like:

- Early Check-in/ late Check-out

- Rooms with views

- Rooms on same floor/ Adjacent Rooms/ Inter-connecting Rooms

● All above is subject to Hotels Rules & Regulations and as per availability at the time of Check-in. It
cannot be guaranteed prior at the time of Booking.
● Room allotment is done only by the Hotel authorities, so it may come on basement/ground floor/First
or any floor. Bucketlister shall not be held responsible for the same.
● Room allocation is done by hotel authority as per the availability at the time of check in. The Tour
Manager is not responsible for the same.
● In case of heavy snowfall/ Landslides/ Political issue/natural calamities/ uncertain events; Company
shall not be held responsible for Road Blocks/ Natural calamities/ uncertain events. No refund will be initiated
for the same.
● No Heaters will be provided at Hotel/Camps in tour.
● Hotel/Tented accommodations available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the
locals.
● Buttermilk will not be provided at all places.

CANCELLATION CHARGES (PER PERSON)

- Once tour is booked – Rs. 6000 per person non-refundable

- Before 10 days of the tour – Rs. 10000 per person non refundable

- Before 3 days of the tour – 100% Non refundable

RULES & REGULATIONS

● Check–in and check–out in hotels will be as per hotel rules & regulations.
● For booking, 50% of the tour cost is required. Balance amount to be paid before one month of the
departure date.
● We are only event managers, under which we will provide you the services of train/ flight booking,
vehicle booking, hotel booking, arranging food services and sightseeing. Although, we try our best to arrange
and render best services, yet we do not hold any responsibility on any account whatsoever; of the
performance of the hotels, airlines, trains, guide, transportation, opening of sightseeing places, other services
or anything else on which we do not have any direct control.
● We do not bear any responsibility whatsoever for any loss of life and property, death, damages,
injuries, etc. and also any consequences arising out of natural calamities, strikes, breakdowns, accidents,
delay in services. No refund would be given against it.
● In case of injury or severe illness where upon the participant has to be admitted to the hospital or sent
back to hometown by flight or any other means of transport, then those charges shall be borne by the
participant.
● Cash, camera, jewellery, mobile or any expensive items should be carried at your own risk. If stolen
or lost, the company shall not be held responsible.
● Due to political reasons, heavy rains, snow fall or any other natural calamities if the tour is to be
cancelled or dropped, then in that case the co. should not be held responsible for any extra charges. No
refund/stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and all other additional charges shall be borne
by the Participant.
● No refund shall be payable to you if you leave the tour in mid-way or for any unused portion of the
tour due to whatsoever reason.
● No complaints will be entertained after the tour is completed. If any mismanagement happens during
the tour, the participant should immediately contact Mumbai Office. We will try to be helpful in every
possibility.
● In case of accident during road journey the company shall not be held responsible for any loss of life/
luggage. We will transfer all the participants by another vehicle to the desired destination. All participants will
have to co-operate with the tour manager.
● In case of traffic jam/ uncertain events, if you reach the desired destination late or miss any
sightseeing then the company shall not be held responsible and no refund shall be entertained.
● The company is not responsible for Railways/Flights getting delayed or cancelled due to bad weather
conditions or any uncertain events. No refund/ stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and all
other additional charges shall be borne by the Participant.
● Company is not responsible for Loss/ Misplace of Luggage during the Journey.
● Traveling with Luxury Vehicle, please travel light with minimum baggage. In case of excess baggage
you will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage, the charges for which will be paid
directly by you on the spot.
● All the disputes are to be settled subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
● The instructions given by our tour manager during the tour for your safety and smooth conducting of
the tour should be followed carefully.
● Don’t throw the garbage or any kind of dirt on road or at passes, suggest you to dump in your car or
at your hotel bin.
● Hot water in most of hotels will be provided during morning and evening timings only, please clarify at
reception during check in.
● Our interference is not possible for bargaining rates of Rafting/ ropeway ride, etc.
● Damage if any to hotel’s property/vehicles should be paid by the participant only. Bucketlister is not
responsible for any such damage.
