    Scope of Work

    1. Repair and repaint Ceiling painted latex white

    2. Repaint all wall area stucco cement finish likes for industrial look.

    3. Supply and Install tv console.

    4. Supply and Install Island Counter top with tiles

    5. Repair and repaint 2 bedroom hang cabinet.

    6. Repair and repaint kitchen base and hang cabinet.

    7. Supply and install lavatory cabinet and hang cabinet for restroom

    7. Replacement of shower

    8. Regout of all tile area

    9.Repair aluminum frame for sliding door.

    10. Supply and Install window blinds.

    11.Repaint rail balcony.

    12.Revarnish bed frame.

    13.Repair and clean leather sofa

    14.Repair and repaint dining set.

    15.supply and install tambol to hide ac copper tube.

    That the Contractor agree to commence the work within 21 to 30days leadtime upon down payment

    Materials cost: 50%

    Labor cost : 40%


    Mobilization and Installation: 10%

    Mode of Payment:

    50% down payment

    20% progress billing (half of the said leadtime)

    30% completion payment upon turn over
