With full respect to your prestigious office, I am humbly seeking for your approval on my desire to
transfer from Dadda National High School, Amulung, Cagayan to either Cordova National High
School considering the following reasons, to wit:

1. I Cross the river everyday to reach my present station Dadda National High School which
I consider as detrimental and risky especially during high tides, calamities, and Typhoons.
Traveling every day from my residence to my workstation for a distance about 22
kilometers is very risky considering the fact that Dadda is a remote barangay of Amulung
which is about 4.5 kilometers away from the national highway.
2. I have been teaching at Dadda National High School for 5 years. With this span of
service, staying away from home and travel every day going to my workstation is costly
and very risky. It would be a great help for me and my family especially I have 2
daughters that need my care, support and guidance. I can save a significant amount
enough to augment our income in defraying family expenses.
It is my fervent hope and prayer that this humble request will be considered from your very good
