Narrative report:
BADAC House Cluster Seminar started at exactly 1:09 Pm. At Session hall
Barangay Karuhatan Napoleon Caraga BCSC Team Leader lead the Opening prayer
followed by Visual Presentation of Barangay Karuhatan spot map, Mr. Arnulfo de la
Cruz in his talk mentioned the different personalities in the area, Mr. Joseph Taccad in his
talk mentioned different provision from the law, including Kautusang tagapgpatupad as
the prime basis of functions as Cluster leaders.
The seminar ends at 4:45 pm.

BADAC Auxilliary Teams Seminar started at exactly 1:30 Pm. At the Barangay
Auditorium Karuhatan Ronald Allan Unabia BCSC Coordinator lead the Opening
prayer, Mr. Arnulfo de la Cruz in his talk focus on Functions of a team Leader, Mr.
Joseph Taccad in his talk ask for a cooperation and love for the Community, Mr.
Napoleon C. Caraga mentioned RA 9165, Dangerous Drug Board Regulations no, 2 and
Kautusang tagapagpatupad.

BADAC meeting with General PTA started at exactly 10:30 am. At the Karuhatan
East Elementary School Ground Karuhatan, Valenzuela City Jacqueline Abanto lead the
National Anthem and Ronald Allan Unabia lead the Opening prayer, Mr.Joseph Taccad in
his remarks differentiate LSD, SHABU, WEEDS and ECTASY PILLs, while Mr.
Napoleon C. Caraga mentioned RA 9165 the law and different sign and common attitudes
of drug users, he also encourage parents to cooperate in the school based Anti Drug abused
Committee
This activity was held in coordination with Barangay Nutrition Committee

BADAC conduct room to room campaign against Drug Abuse. At the Karuhatan
National Highschol Campus Karuhatan, Valenzuela City.
They divide into two group, team 1 led by Napoleon Caraga with Jacqueline Abanto, Ronald
Allan Unabia take the old school Building while Team 2 led by Joseph Taccad with Milagros
de la Cruz, Arnulfo de la Cruz and Rodel Nuezca proceed to the new Building near G. Luna
Gate.
Flyers were distributed to the Participants.

outs of Llenado after the completion of NLEX harbor link.
