Routine Report:

● Differences: Routine reports tend to be issued daily or weekly and are less
thorough than other reports.

Annual Report:
● Purpose: It serves a purpose that provides the summary of data and analysis of a
company’s financial and achievements over the past year.
● Differences: Often comprehensive, which includes financial statements,
management discussions, and analyses of the organization's performance.

Preliminary Report:
● Purpose: This is initially prepared by the title company before a more
comprehensive report is developed that presents initial findings, data, or ideas.
● Differences: It is not as polished as final reports and may contain provisional data
or recommendations

Feasibility Report:
● Purpose: To assess the practicality and viability of a proposed project or business
endeavor. This is composed of an assessment of a proposed project or business
endeavor in terms of practicality and viability.
● Differences: It provides broad data based on technical, financial, and operator
factors as to whether to pursue a project.

Progress Report:

current projects.

Final Report:

Operation Report:

Inspection Report:

IT Report:
● Purpose: To document and analyze information technology-related matters, such

● Differences: What sets this report apart is that it often provides technical reports
