How: Argumentation against Employee to Employee

Facts of the case:

We would like to inform to your good and respectable office regarding incident “Complain from
Co-guard against SG Acilo, G.” on February 3, 2024 0630H-0636H.

The undersigned received a report from SG Almenanza, E. (Prominence II gater-NS) that they
had an argumentation with SG Acilo, G. (Prominence II gater-DS) they are about to change shift
and it started with accusing by the latter that SG Almenanza, E. is having a scratch the Gibson
shoes owned by the latter so the former denied the accusation then it started of the
argumentation.

OOA 1820H-1835H same date and they are about to change shift they had again an
argumentation and it seems that they are not gonna be settled.

The undersigned reported this incident to your good office to provide sanction against their
actions beyond operational hours.

Please investigate in fair justification.
