This is to inform that the options exercised by the candidates have been processed for allotment of seats in colleges /
institution based on rank, local area, gender, category, EWS, Special Reservation Category (CAP/PH/NCC/SPORTS/SCOUTS) etc.

Tuition Fee fixed for the college/course is Rs. 38000/-.

Instructions to Candidates :

1. The candidate who has secured fresh allotment shall report through website https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in through self-reporting
system, take print out of two copies of joining report and allotment order and report to the allotted College on or before 30.11.2023.

2. The candidate who has been re-allotted to the Course or College/Institution in the respective course shall report through website
https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. through self-reporting system once again and report at the re-allotted College/Institution on or before
30.11.2023.

3. Further, the candidate is instructed to take print out of two copies of joining report and allotment order and report to the allotted
college on or before 30.11.2023. Submit a copy of joining report, allotment order and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd copy of joining
report from the College where candidate has reported and retain with the candidate.

4. The candidate is instructed that Self- reporting in portal and physical reporting at the allotted college is compulsory to retain the
present allotment. The last date for Self-reporting and physical reporting at the allotted college is 30.11.2023.

5. If the candidate does not report through self-reporting system and/or not reporting physically at the allotted college, the
provisional allotment will be treated as a vacancy and the provisional allotment Final Phase of APEAPCET –2023 Admissions will
automatically stands cancelled and the candidate has no claim on the seat allotted. Further, if the candidate reports through Self-
reporting and does not report physically at the college on or before 30.11.2023, the candidate’s allotment/admission will be cancelled.
6. It is informed that the academic credentials verified if found false at a later date, the candidate’s allotment will be cancelled and
the candidate is liable for criminal prosecution.
7. It is instructed that the candidate is not required to deposit original certificates except T.C in the college/Institute at the time of
admission. The candidate can produce original certificates only for the purpose of verification in the college/Institute and can submit
only Xerox copies in the college/Institute.
8. Further, it is instructed that the candidates who are not eligible for fee reimbursement under the Jagananna Vidya deevena
Scheme shall pay the above fee as prescribed by the Government.
9. All the Principals are requested to verify the original certificates viz caste, study, income, EWS and Intermediate certificates etc,
of the admitted candidates thoroughly; and requested to bring to the notice of the Convenor, APEAPCET –2023 Admissions for any
deviation.

10. The class work is already commenced. Candidates are directed to report to the allotted college immediately.
