“A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDATION AND

RESULT OF THE POST-QUALIFICATION OF BIDS CONDUCTED BY THE TECHNICAL
WORKING GROUP, DECLARING THE BID OF APLAYA VIDA BEACH RESORT AS THE
SINGLE CALCULATED RESPONSIVE BID”

Whereas, an Invitation to Bid for Small Value for the “Procurement of Meals for 4P’s
Community Assembly” held at the BAC Office, 2 nd Floor Municipal Building, Katipunan, Zamboanga del
Norte, was posted at the PhilGEPS website and in conspicuous places in this municipality on March 8,
2023;

Whereas, during the Opening of Bids on March 15, 2023, one (1) bidder submitted for eligibility
checking, named APLAYA VIDA BEACH RESORT.

Whereas, during the opening and preliminary examination of bids, such bidder was rated
“Passed” and declared “Eligible”. Hence, in accordance with Sec. 32 of the same IRR, such bid has to be
examined and scrutinized under the process of Detailed Evaluation/Examination of Bids to objectively
consider the completeness of the bid and for arithmetical corrections;

Whereas, based on the result of the Detailed Bid Evaluation pursuant to Section 30 of the revised
IRR of RA 9184, the BAC respectfully recommends that APLAYA VIDA BEACH RESORT with a
calculated bid amount of Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (19,600.00 ), be declared as the bidder
with the Single Calculated Bid, subject to post qualification in accordance with Sec. 34 of the same IRR;

Whereas, on March 15, 2023, at around 1:00 P.M., the TWG, accompanied by a BAC Member
and a Secretariat, conducted Post-Qualification and on-site inspection at their business office located at
Sunset Boulevard, Barangay Dawo, Dapitan City to verify, validate and ascertain the authenticity and
genuineness of all statement and documents submitted by the said bidder, as well as the availability of the
goods to be procured, pursuant to Section 34 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184;

Whereas, in a meeting scheduled in the herein date, the TWG presented its Post-Qualification
Report (copy attached) to the BAC, and has duly verified that such legal, technical and financial
statements of the said bidder are responsive to the requirements for this bidding and is capable of meeting
the conditions specified therein;

Wherefore, premised on the foregoing consideration, and on motion of Mr. Tomogon duly
seconded by Ms. Nalzaro, be it….

Resolved, as it is hereby resolved to approve and adopt the recommendation of the TWG, and
declare the bid of APLAYA VIDA BEACH RESORT with a calculated financial proposal of Nineteen
Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P 19,600.00) as the Single Calculated Responsive bid;

Resolved further to respectfully recommend to the Local Chief Executive/Head of the Procuring
Entity that the “Procurement of Meals for 4P’s Community Assembly” be awarded to APLAYA VIDA
BEACH RESORT and that a Notice of Award be issued for this undertaking.
 This resolution shall take effect immediately.
