LIMITED TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
We are pleased to offer you employment at QUESS Corp Limited for a limitied period of employment as per the following
terms:
You shall be employed by Quess Corp Ltd under this Contract. The terms of employment is exclusively with Quess Corp
Ltd , as you are recruited by Quess Corp Ltd for carrying out activities at the SBOSS or any offices/premises of their
client as per the sole discretion of the SBOSS.
You shall never be deemed to be an employee of our client or their client where you have been deputed under this
Contract.
You will with effect from AUG 24,2023 date of reporting as the case may be) be deputed to work at SBOSS or any
offices/premises of their client for a limited period or at any of their locations
Your services are transferable depending on the Company's business exigency or of our client thus you can be transferred
to a location within the territory of India as and when required for rendering the services under this contract..
TENURE:
The term of your Contract shall be effective & valid from AUG 24,2023 (date of reporting) for a limited i.e. upto AUG
26,2024 only.
COTERMINOUS:
Notwithstanding the tenure of this Contract, your services are Coterminus in the event of Company?s contract or work
allocated to the Company for which you are employed by the Company, terminates before your said contract of service
completion.
Your initial location of work is Rohtak in one of our client or of their customer's branch/office/processing centre etc.
POSITION:
REMUNERATION:
You will be paid a Fixed Sum of Rs. 19490 per month subject to deduction of taxes and other statutory deductions.
EXTENSION:
Unless otherwise notified to you in writing this contract of employment would be valid for One Year effective from AUG
24,2023. This contract may be considered for an extension. The extension of contract period would be considered on fresh
terms as agreed between you and QUESS through a separate mutually executed contract of employment. QUESS shall
inform you in writing of the extension requirements
WORKING HOURS
You will follow the working hours of the client where you will be deputed. You may have to work on shifts based on the
client's requirement. Your attendance will be maintained by the Reporting Officer of the client, which needs to be
mandatorily sent to the contact person at QUESS within the cut-off date as mutually agreed for pay-roll processing.You
also need to mark your attendance thorugh the App provided the Employer or SBOSS
At the time of termination of the employment either originated by you or the Company or upon the lapse of the term of
employment , if there are any dues owing from you to the Company, the same may be adjusted against any monies due to
you by the Company on account of salary including bonus or any other payment owned to you under the terms of your
employment.
During the tenure of your Contract, any deviation or misconduct in any form that were noticed by the company or if there
are any breach of internal policies or code of conduct or any regulation that was mutually agreed to be complied with, the
company or the SBOSS being a pricipal employer has the rights and authority to remove you from the services.
NOTICE PERIOD
In the eventuality if you wish to separate from the organization you will need to give 30 day's notice in writing. The
Contract can be terminated at the discretion of SBOSS also subject to 30 day's notice.
However due to breach of code of conduct, misbehavior or indiscipline etc, then in such cases, the company and / or
SBOSS will have / reserve rights to terminate immediately without giving notice period.
INDEMNITY:
You shall be responsible for protecting any property of the Client entrusted to you in the due discharge of your duties and
you shall indemnify the client if there is a loss of any kind to the said property.
You shall be responsible for protecting confidentiality of information received by you during discharge of your duties and
you shall indemnify the SBOSS and it Client against its disclosure.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
You shall not engage in any act subversive of discipline in the course of your duty/ies for the Client either within the
Client's organization or outside it, and if you were at any time found indulging in such act/s, the Company shall reserve the
right to initiate disciplinary action as deemed fit against you.
You will undertake to abide by the provisions of 'Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition
And Redressal) Act, 2013 ('Sexual Harassment Act') published In the Gazette Of India on 23Rd April 2013. In Case of
any workplace discomforts, please report to your Reporting Manager on issues relating to Sexual Harassment.
WEEKLY OFF:
You will be entitled to weekly off for one day per week (Sunday/ any other day ) as notified by the company from time to
time. .
LEAVE:
a.The Employee is entitled to 12 days of paid casual leaves in a financial year and 5 days of sick leave. In addition, the
Employee will be entitled to public holidays as decided by the Govt of India or by the respective State Governments where
employee is deputed.
b.The Employee cannot carry forward or encash any leave to the next financial year.
c.In the event that the Employee is absent from work due to sickness or injury, he/she will follow the Leave Policy and
inform the designated person as soon as possible and will provide regular updates as to his/her recovery and as far as
practicable will inform the designated person of the Employer of his/her expected date of return to work..
The address of communication for the purpose of service of notice and other official communication to the company shall
be the registered address of the company.
Any change in your aforesaid residential address,therefore, shall be immediately notified to the company otherwise your
last furnised address shall be deemed to be sufficient for official communication and shall be deemed to be effective on
you.
BACKGROUND VERIFICATION:
The company reserves the right to have your back ground verified directly or through an outside agency. If on such
verification it is found that you have furnished wrong information or concealed any material information or there is
negative feedback in background verification, your services are liable to be terminated with immediate effect.
You should be regular and punctual in your attendance. If you remain absent for 3 consecutive working days or more
without sanction of leave or prior permission or if you over stay sanctioned leave beyond 2 consecutive working days or
more it shall be deemed that you have voluntarily abandoned your employment with the company and your services are
liable to be terminated accordingly.
You shall be bound by the Rules & Regulations and the Code of Conduct framed by the company from time to time in
relation to conduct, discipline and other service conditions which will be deemed as Rules, Regulation and order and shall
form part and parcel of this letter of appointment.
In addition to the terms of appointment mentioned above, you are also governed by the standard employment rules of
QUESS The combined rules and procedures as contained in this letter will constitute the standard employment rules and
you are required to read both of them in conjunction.
JURISDICTION:
If any term or provision of this offer letter or any application there of shall be declared or held invalid, illegal or
unenforceable , in whole or in part, whether generally or in any particular jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed
amended to the extent, but only to the extent to cure such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability, and the validity, legality
or enforceability of the remaining provisions, both generally and in every other jurisdiction, shall not in any was be
affected or impaired thereby.
Notwithstanding the place of working or placement or the normal or usual residence of the employee concerned or the
place where this instrument is signed or executed, the Courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any
disputes arising at out of or in connection with this contract. This Contract, therefore, shall only be subject to the
jurisdiction of the High Court of Jurisdiction of Delhi and its subordinate Courts.
This Contract stands cancelled and revoked if you do not report to duty within 3 days from the date of joining & your act
will be construed as deemed and implied rejection of the offer of employment from your side; hence no obligation would
arise on the part of the company in lieu of such Employment Contract issued.
ID CARD:
Basis requirement, You will be issued ID Card at the time of joining. Displaying your ID Card is mandatory during your
duty hours. At the time of Exit ? You will be required to submit the ID Card to our COE Centre (Address Given Below). In
case, you fail to submit your ID Card, you will be liable to pay back Rs.50/- and it will be recovered from your Full & Final
Settlement.
Note:
1.It is Employee responsibility to submit the card to COE Centre and also share the Courier Receipt over email
idcards@quesscorp.com with subject line 'OMS ID / Employee ID'.
2.In case Employee notify that He / She has lost the Card then they have to mandatorily notify it in written (Email / Letter)
to idcards@quesscorp.com.
You shall report to work on _______________AUG 24,2023_________________ by 9.00 am at the clients place at for
initial training for 4 days and thereafter joining your respective branch allotted to you. Successful completion of training
and passing of the Exit Test after training is mandatory for further deployment at the branches.

j) Complete Application Form with BioData/Resume
Here's wishing you the very best in your assignment with us and as a token of your understanding and accepting of the
standard terms of employment, you are requested to sign the duplicate copy of this letter and return to us within a day.
I have read and understood the above mentioned terms and conditions of the Contract. I voluntarily accept the same. I have
received Company's and SBOSS code of conduct and I shall abide to the terms and conditions mentioned therein and any
amendments from time to time. All the terms and conditions in this letter have also been explained to me in
Hindi/vernacular language and I have understood the same.

Do's and Don'ts for all employees deployed for the SBOSS to the SBOSS CLIENT - to be obtained at the time of joining.
1) All onsite employees at SBOSS Client's location will sign a manual attendance register at the branch where deployed
for all days they attend/come to office.
2) Additionally, all employees will mark his / her attendance digitally through the App provided by the Service Provider or
SBOSS.
3) All employees should carry the ID Cards at all times at branch and field.
4) Any employee must not use abusive language and behave properly.
5) Only valid and genuine bills should be raised for any claims. It should not be fudge or tamper any bills.
6) All mobile phones should be in silent mode when they are at the branch.
7) No customer documents are to be taken by any employee without customer consent.
8) No employee should record or store any customer data with him/her after it is handed over to the branch.
9) No employee should maintain or hold applications of any other bank except SBOSS CLIENT, unauthorized data, Bank
stamp, letterheads etc.
10) No employee should hold any application form or customer documents with him for more than 3 days.
11) There should not be any mismatch in the information in the application form as compared with documents provided by
the customer.
12) All employee should submit information provided by the customer only.
13) No employee should misuse any customer data or property or system at any time.
14) There should not be any misreporting of data, information, attendance, documents etc.
15) There should be no condoning deliberate acts of mis-selling or mis-communication by any employee during the period
of engagement.
Additional Reimbursement:
1) Out of Pocket Expenses (including travel expenses) - @Rs.200/- per day based on attendance and field visit
certified by respective Branch/RACC of SBOSS client.
