All construction work must be finished by 2000 hrs on 7th December 2023
Contractors / exhibitors are required to work within these move-in schedule and work
completion deadline periods. If contractors / exhibitors wish to work beyond these hours
they should contact the onsite organizer office before 1600 hrs. on 7th December 2023.
The penalty charges are Rs.10,000 per hour / per booth (2000 hrs – 2359 hrs
only on 7th December 2023)
