    or any doubt O2 monitoring,
    vascular access

    5 rescue breaths
    • Competent providers should use Call further
    bag-mask ventilation with oxygen assistance as
    appropriate
    • If unable/unsafe to ventilate perform
    continuous chest compressions,
    ventilate as soon as possible

    If no signs of life observed


    during rescue breaths,
    immediately commence
    chest compressions
    • 15 chest compressions: 2 breaths
    • Attach ECG monitoring/defibrillator
    when available
