    Direction: The following indicators are the possible perceptions or insights of the

    students towards the two years mandatory ROTC program. Put a checkmark (/) on the

    column that corresponds your feelings towards the given statement. Please be guided

    with the 4 – point Likert scale below.

    The ROTC curriculum can strengthen my social development of

    ROTC aims to provide military and education for students to

    mobilize them for national defense preparedness

    ROTC is a military regulated high school program whose

    purpose is to educate high school students in leadership roles

    ROTC instills young Filipino's with a sense of disciplines, and

    love of country

    ROTC heightens the quality of protection and discipline of a

    student

    ROTC gives students the tools, training and experiences that will

    help them succeed in any competitive environment
