AGREEMENT

NOT TO EXPORT VEHICLE

In reliance upon___________________________ promise(s) that the following
vehicle will only be used in the United States for at least twelve (12) months
from the date of delivery. Autohaus on Edens agrees to sell said vehicle to
_____________________.

If said vehicle is exported out of the United States within one (1) year from the
purchase date, purchaser will pay Autohaus on Edens $15,000 as export and
charge back fees plus any legal fees incurred by Autohaus on Edens enforcing
this agreement.

In the event that the said vehicle is exported, I herby authorize irrevocably,
any attorney of any court or record, to appear for Autohaus on Edens in such
court, at any time hereafter and confess a judgment without process, in favor
of Autohaus on Edens, and to waive and release all errors which may
intervene in any such proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon
such judgment.
