Integrative Performance Task:

Fitness Challenge

Goal:
To demonstrate understanding of various exercises and their impact on physical fitness.

Role:
You are a fitness coach tasked with creating a fitness challenge for your classmates.

Audience:
Your audience consists of your classmates, who are also Grade 6 students, and your
teacher who will evaluate your presentation.

Situation:
Your school is promoting physical fitness among students, and you have been tasked with
teaching fitness challenge that incorporates different exercises to improve overall fitness
levels.

Product:
Create a 15-minute fitness challenge circuit consisting of various exercises targeting
different muscle groups. Your challenge should include warm-up exercises,
cardiovascular activities, strength training exercises, and cool-down stretches.
