Explanatory Note: Employee has to refer to a copy of the Goal Setting sheet filled up at the start of the year and fill in the Goal, target,
and weightage. Once actual figures are entered, employee has to comute the rating taking into account the standard mentioned in the
Goal Sheet. Then the weighted average is calculated. Needless to say, a copy of the goal sheet has to be attached here as a supporting
document for this calculation.
