PLEASE READ THE SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT BRIEF BELOW.


In this unit, we have been exploring how the measurement of human performance can help individuals
determine their identity as healthy individuals through our fitness testing unit. To show your planning for
performance, your summative assessment task is to design, explain and justify a plan to improve
physical performance or health and evaluate the effectiveness of your plan based on the outcome. We
are going to focus on cardiovascular endurance for this task

Below is the normative data for the beep test used to measure our cardiovascular endurance.
