The music video of "All This Time" by Britt Nicole effectively communicates a message

regarding faith and the significance of acknowledging our companionship. Within the nursing

profession, this statement can be extrapolated to elucidate methods by which we may offer

support and camaraderie to our colleagues (BrittNicoleVEVO, 2012).

By establishing mentorships, nurses may "be there" for one another in a practical sense.

Mentoring is a position that more seasoned nurses may take on with those just starting in the

field. This may assist new nurses in feeling more at ease and supported, and it can also contribute

to developing a stronger sense of community among nurses.

Being a friend and a colleague is another way that nurses may help one other out.

Nursing may be hard and stressful as a vocation, so having a support system is essential. The

best way to deal with workplace difficulties is to surround yourself with a group of people who

have your back and can help you succeed.
