1. CRT MONITOR
• The cheapest type of monitors.
• Come in various sizes
• Old, heavy and rare
• Primary output device for computers, user
Can immediately see what they are typing in

2. TFT MONITOR
• Flat screen monitor
• Made up of thousands of tiny pixels
• Take less space and use less power
• Image can appear unclear when viewed from different angle
• Lower picture quality

3. LCD MONITOR
• Color can be seen accurately from different viewing angles
• Expensive
• High power consumption

4. LED MONITOR
• Lighter and thinner
• Longer life
• Lower power consumption
• Greater contrast and more vivid color

5. PROJECTOR
• Project images from the screen to any large screen
• Can be control using remote control
• Usually user for presentations
• Many people can view
• Less image quality
• Expensive to setup

6. LASER PRINTER
• High quality hard copy output
• Use laser beam to draw
• Print large amount very quickly
• Use buffer memory (store information before printing out)
• Large in size
• Machine is expensive

7. INKJET PRINTER
• Good quality hard copy output
• Spraying ink onto a paper
• Small amount of internal memory
• Machine is cheaper while the ink is expensive
• In size its smaller

8. SPEAKERS
• Can be connected directly to a computer or a built in
• Used to output sounds
• Can be used by blind people to read text
