• Troubleshoots network issue and provide resolution within SLA for PAN India Network of Groups Companies.
• Responsible for providing technical solutions and implementing new requirements for Managed and
Un-managed customers.
• Hands on Experience on Cisco, HP (Switches and Routers), Fortigate, and Huawei Switches.
• Having basic knowledge of SD-WAN Network device Versa Networks,Performs configuration audits.
• Working as a Network Engineer for Fiber media, Lease line, and Wireless (RF) media maintenance for PAN
India Network of Groups Companies.
• Responding to support requests and troubleshooting service problems or outages. Experience monitoring and
responding to alerts for remote infrastructure.
• Initiating and resolving incident management tickets.
• Examining physical layer and logical problems using standard methodologies.
• Utilizing tools for router access, circuit layout, automated circuit testing, and ticket management.
• Responsible for engaging support groups to and in trouble diagnosis and to fix the issues.
• Troubleshoot and Co-ordinate with service providers (BHARTI, BSNL, MTNL, HUGHES-VSAT, TATA, etc) for
Maintenance of BSO Links, Leased lines, BSO Wireless links and Fiber links.
• Co-ordinate with Field Engineers to manage and rectify faults.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Using Service Now (SNOW), Beamon, Solar winds tools for daily Network Operations
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
• Driving Service MTTR, supports 24x7.
