regulations of the games. They were also informed that everyone’s safety is our utmost priority. I
will ensure that our delegates will respect all members of the committee, the players, and everyone
present in the event.

I take accountability of any misbehavior and violations of our delegates. Should accidents and
injuries arise, I will ensure that these are properly communicated with the Medical Team and the
Committee.
