Dear families,

My name is Ms. Smith, and I will be helping in the classroom this semester. I am currently a fifth year at
Loras College. I am studying Elementary Education and Spanish. I have a passion for teaching kids, and I
am looking forward to learning more this school year!

I am from a little town surrounding Madison, Wisconsin called Sauk Prairie. I played volleyball at Loras
for the last four years and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I currently teach kids at All Around Gymnastics and
have been working there for the last two years. A fun fact about my family is that my dad was raised in
Dubuque and attended St. Columbkille as a child. He graduated from Wahlert in 1987. I am looking
forward to spending some time in St. Columbkille as well and working with your wonderful kids!

Thank you for allowing me to be in the classroom and learning from the amazing faculty, staff, and
students at St. Columbkille. I am looking forward to growing and learning more this year!
