    Operation Specialist

    Location: Uganda Duration: Indetermined

    Employment status: Permanente Start date: ASAP

    Job description:
    1. The Operations specialist would be responsible to implement the operational strategies for Aldelia
    The person shall be primarily responsible for smooth process of visa and immigration processes. The
    person shall manage the seamless mobilization of contractors to work for Aldelia clients. The person
    shall oversee the team in charge of providing IT support, procurement of office supplies and overall
    logistics support to the business. Additional, the person shall support Aldelia HQ operations as
    applicable.

    Main tasks:
    1. Manage the procurement, regularization and renewals of ALL work permits for expatriate
    contractors.
    2. Liaise with specific clients to obtain purchase orders/ Contract for Aldelia services rendered and
    responsible to confirm the accuracy of such purchase orders to the finance/payroll/HR departments.
    3. Responsible to provide new contractors salary/payroll details to the finance team to ensure seamless
    salary payment and client invoicing process.

    4. Responsible for the proper mobilization of Expatriate and Local contractors.

    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor or Degree in qualified ideally, Business Administration, humanities and logistic.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in office management
    • Skills required: Demonstrate hight level of autonomy fast thinking and decision making skill
