- It is not allowed for anyone to operate the heavy lifting equipment (Forklift/Crane) except the
certified operator, in case work is requested so, you have to get signed permission from TP/HSE for the
assigned work mission only.

- Rig floor should be organized and tidy all time, remove all un-needed equipment from work place,
keep only tools and equipment you need for the current job.

- Safety equipment must be cleaned and stored back after use, found one face shield is broken at the
mud system area, and the other one is gone!
