RECEIVER
 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (M.O.U) is

made the 25th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2024, BETWEEN MR. KELVIN FERDINARD
(hereinafter referred to as “the SENDER” which expression shall where the context
so admits, include his heirs, assigns, executors and administrators) of the one part
AND ABUNAF YUSUF GLOBAL ENTERPRISE (hereinafter referred to as “RECEIVER”
which expression shall where the context so admits, include his heirs, assigns,
executors and administrators) of the other part.

WHEREAS:

1. The SENDER and RECEIVER (hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”) have agreed
to carry on an investment with the RECEIVER’S account bearing (ABUNAF YUSUF
GLOBAL ENTERPRISE of “ROYAL CONCEPTS”, (hereinafter called “the INVESTMENT
TRADE”).

2. In pursuance of the aforesaid agreement, the Parties shall carry on the

INVESTMENT, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in this M.O.U.

NOW THIS M.O.U. WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Parties shall be deemed to have commenced the INVESTMENT on the

date this M.O.U is executed and shall continue from that date until
determined as hereinafter provided.
2. The trade shall be carried on with the assign person(s) who have full
knowledge of this investment, in any place agreed upon by the sender or
receiver’s team from time to time as agree upon.
3. The SENDER shall CREDIT the sum of N10,540,250,000.00 (Ten Billion, Five
Hundred And Forty Million, Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand Naira) in five
 (5) trenches as the total investment funds. The payment of the first trench of
the total investment package is Two Billion, one hundred and eight million
and fifty thousand naira, (N2,108,050,000.00) Investment Package for the
commencement of the first stage will be released by the SENDER to the
RECEIVER. While the other trenches will be communicated by the sender to
the receiver, in addition to the provision of the Investment package, the
sharing formula will be made 40/40/20 accordingly. e.i. The a total 40%
percent value will be returned to the sender via Crypto Coin and another
10% percent to the team of intermediaries from the sender side, another
10% to the team of intermediaries from the receiver’s side while the
receiver will keep a 40% percent of the said value of (N2,108,050,000.00).
4. The Receiver shall make swift disbursement to all parties as percentages are
spell above.
5. Both Parties shall work accordingly to close every trench of investment,
immediately after confirmations are made by the both parties, in every
trench of funds sent and received.
6. The receiver shall make disbursement account to accounts provided either
by transfer to provided bank accounts or crypto (stable coin) as it pleases
those involve in this Investment.
7. Each Party shall at all times:
i. show the utmost good faith to the other in all matters relating to the trade;
ii. Conduct himself in a proper and responsible manner and use his best skill
and endeavours to promote the trade; and
iii. Dutifully perform his obligations, covenants and conditions under this
M.O.U.
8. Any Party who intends to terminate this M.O.U shall give the other Party at
least one months notice in writing of his intention to terminate same.
9. In the event of the termination of this M.O.U., both Parties shall share the
proceeds of the investments in the proportion ratio of 40% /40% /20%
respectively as stated in clause 3 above.
