Greetings!

I am writing to express my interest in applying to your highly esteemed office for the ADMINISTRATIVE
ASSISTANT III, contract of service position, with a monthly salary of P21,211.00. I am a graduate of
Mabini Colleges with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial
Management. I am eligible for civil service under RA 1080, professional teacher, and CS Professional –
second level.

I worked at DENR-PENRO Camarines Norte as an Administrative Assistant/Procurement Assistant for two


years which helped me develop my skills and prepared me for this opportunity with your agency. I have
been involved in tasks including the recording and release of documents to the concerned section/unit,
assisting in the preparation of payroll of contractual, computerization of supplies control sheet,
conducting an inventory of reports for eventual disposal, and preparing trip tickets.

I am an organized person and am a quick learner. I will prove my worth by doing my best to perform
tasks and responsibilities that will be given to me with optimism and enthusiasm. If accepted, I am
willing to be trained to further improve, acquire, and develop new skills.
