SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This settlement agreement is executed and entered into for all purpose and into all respects as

this 25 day od October, 2023 by and between:

ELISEO FURTES, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Bgy. Minoyan, Murcia, Negros
Occidental, hereafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”;

-AND-

HELBERTO MEDEL, of legal age, married and resident of Brgy. Rizal, Silay City, hereafter referred
to as the “SECOND PARTY”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST AND SECOND PARTIES were involved in a traffic incident which happened
along Brgy. Rizal Silay City on October 24, 2023, where as a result of the incident, the BOTH PARTIES
sustained NO INJURIES and no damages to both motorcycle and truck ridden by the parties;

WHEREAS, the FIRST and The SECOND PARTIES agreed to settle and as a consequence of which,
the SECOND PARTY releases the FIRST PARTY for any and all liabilities resulting from the aforementioned
accident;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT on the date
shown at the beginning hereof in Silay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.
