Terms and Conditions of Sales are :-

a. Prices : C.I.F. Hong Kong.

b. Validity of this proposal expires on : 24/5/2022

c. Delivery Leadtime : Approx. 8 - 10 weeks ex-factory.

d. Terms of Payment : 30 days against invoice

e. Order Cancellation : Subject to 25% re-stocking charges.

f. Late Delivery Request : Subject to price increase for late delivery request over
6 month from the requested delivery date indicated in
your original purchase order.

g. Total Liabilities : The total liabilities (including liquidated and ascertained

damages) shall be capped at 10% of the contract sum
(maximum).

Remarks

(1) Variation of order will be based on the unit rates listed in this quotation.

(2) Quantities of detectors and input/output signals and system requirements are based on the information provided by the
contractor. The contractor shall inform Johnson Controls of any changes in quantities or system requirements for any updated
quotation.

(3) Please note that the following are not included in this quotation :
(a) Explosion-proof heat or smoke detector
(b) Built-in printer
(c) Panels for mounting of intelligent modules if required
(d) External charger and battery backup for alarm bell and relay
(e) 24/72 hours battery backup for sprinkler pump power loss
(f) Any items not listed in this quotation.

(4) Johnson Controls will NOT be responsible for any delay charges due to incorrect wiring break, or ground fault of circuits caused
by poor workmanship, as well as any delay in the project caused by others.

(5) This quotation supersedes all previous quotations and letters of discount.

(6) Warranty of equipment will be valid within 12 months after delivery of equipment and is only applicable to defect caused by
manufacturing deficiency.

(7) The quantities of the isolator modules shall be subjec to final confirmation by the customer
