Dear Mr: Aguilar,

My Brother and Brother in law, Ferdinand Jacob Bayaua and

Arnel Tolentino came to my office seeking legal assistance and
advise because according to them you refused and continued to
refuse to pay your outstanding obligation with them amounting
to Nine Thousand Pesos (P9,000.00) from to date for the unpaid
rental and used of their respective van last August and
September 2015 as follows:
Rentals:

August 2015---------- P 5,500.00 Ferdinand

September 2015------- 3,500.00 Arnel
----------------------------
Total -------------------- P 9,000.00

Let me inform you that your agreement with them was that
they will render transport services to you and your production
staff and in consideration thereof you will pay the same.

Thus, we hereby make demand for payment for the above

amount that is past due and owing. Unless we receive payment
in full within five (5) days or you make satisfactory
arrangements for payment immediately, we will do the
necessary actions to protect their rights and interest.

We sincerely hope legal action will not be necessary and that

you will give this matter your immediate attention.

Kindly settle the same in order to avoid court litigation.
