SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, BILLY L. MEJIA, of legal age, Filipino, single to with postal address

at Nibaliw Vidal, San Fabian, Pangasinan currently do hereby, APOINT,
NAME and CONSTITUTE, SHIRLEY T. VIDAL of legal age, Filipino, with
residence address at No. 170 Nibaliw Vidal, San Fabian, Pangasinan, to be
my true and lawful attorney in fact for me and my name, place and stead, to
do and perform the following acts;

1. To act as my representative to process any and all transactions

with the Provincial Assessor’s Office in Lingayen, Pangasinan
with regard to the processing of the tax declaration in
connection, with my property covered by TCT No. 026-
2022101255 located at Nibaliw Vidal, San Fabian, Pangasinan.

2. To transmit, receive, seal, execute and deliver contracts,

documents, agreements and other writings of whatever nature
or kind, with any all third persons, concerns or entities upon
terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney in fact;

3. To perform other related matters necessary to the authority

granted;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney in fact the

power and authority whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done
in and about the premises as fully, to all intents and purposes I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney in
fact lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
