It is a powerful tool used to create presentations. It provides everything you need to


create a professional presentation. PowerPoint contains graphic tools and word processing
tools and is easy to use. PowerPoint is created from a series of slides.
2.Tools & Other requirements:Microsoft PowerPoint installed on a computer.

3.Introduction:
a)Review:

PowerPoint is very useful and for most, really simple to create slide shows for meetings or
agendas, etc
b)Motivation:

The key to motivating in a presentation is helping the audience understand why they are
doing something, or why they should do something.

Safety Precaution
1. Open file in MS - Start by launching
PowerPoint Microsoft PowerPoint on
your computer.
- Go to the "File" tab in
the upper left corner.
- Select "Open" from the
menu.
- Browse and choose the
PowerPoint file you want
to work on.

2. Format - Begin by selecting the
