I. Call to order

Hon. Ale Christopher we called to order the 4th session of the Sangguniang kabataan of
simimbaan at 9:00 in the morning on April 15,2023 at the sk office.

II. Roll call

Sk secretary Hon. Marimar corpuz conducted the roll call. The above-stated persons were
present.

III. Reading and approval of the minutes from the last meeting

The Reading and approval of the last minutes of meeting was reading by the sk secretary
and sk kagawad Annalyn Yadao was approved the last meeting.

1 Upcoming fiesta The sk chairman discuss the upcoming barangay
fiesta and sk annalyn suggested what are we going
to do on our upcoming fiesta. Sk annalyn suggest if
what recipe were going to cook. And discuss about
the recipe and they all agreed if what recipe.
2 Barangay fiesta Will be held on May 04, 2023
