welding seam of each welded membrane is complete and ensure there is no lack
welding
5. Before delivery: leakage inspection at workshop, warehouse entry after
confirmation of no leakage point
6. Finish installation: to inspect the gas holder with soapy water, to ensure there is
no leakage point.

The principle of the Lipp Dual-Seam System is as following: steel

bands are folded over twice at their edges, interconnecting them so
that even aggressive liquids in the container’s interior find no
attackable surfaces for corrosion and maximum impermeability is
achieved for the optimum storage of solid, liquid and gaseous
substances.
The tanks and containers are manufactured from metallic
materials, which are matched to the chemical and physical
properties of the respective contents which are to be stored and
treated.

Technology Introduction
GFS bolted tank technology is a technology that adopts high-strength special enamel steel as the
base material, through special enamel firing technology, the highly inert anti-corrosion enamel
layer is fused to the surface of steel plate base material to make standardized enamel plate module,
which is packed and shipped to the construction site for rapid installation with low consumption,
and finally completes the tank forming technology.
