    Arguments heard on the point of charge. Record
    perused.
    After carefully perusing the charge-sheet, documents
    filed therewith, including statements U/s 161 Cr.P.C recorded by
    IO and hearing submissions of Ld. APP for the state and Ld.
    Counsel for accused, this Court is of the considered view that
    prima facie offences U/s 336 IPC is made out against the
    accused. Accordingly, charge for the aforesaid offences has been
    framed against the accused, to which accused pleaded not guilty
    and claimed trial.
    Let complainant be summoned for NDOH.
    Re-list on 28.02.2024.
