Bullying Among the Senior High School Students of Timamana National High School: An
Intervention Program”. The purpose of this study is to identify cases of bullying and
develop an intervention program to create a safe and inclusive environment.

our target participants during their class schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing

Bullying Among the Senior High School Students of Timamana National High School: An
Intervention Program”. The purpose of this study is to identify cases of bullying and
develop an intervention program to create a safe and inclusive environment.

Your child, _____________________________, has been selected to participate in a

voluntary research survey to gather information about their experiences and perspectives on
bullying incidents within the school community. Participation is voluntary, and your child has
the right to decline or withdraw without any negative consequences.

All information collected will be handled with strict confidentiality and will be used
solely for research purposes. If you grant consent for your child to participate, please sign and
return the attached consent form.

Bullying Among the Senior High School Students of Timamana National High School: An
Intervention Program”. The purpose of this study is to identify cases of bullying and
develop an intervention program to create a safe and inclusive environment.

The survey will be administered to the students and will consist of questions about
their experiences and perspectives on bullying. All responses will be kept anonymous and
confidential.

In line with this, we kindly request your support in granting permission to conduct
this survey within the school premises and during appropriate school hours. We assure you
that the survey administration will be conducted with utmost professionalism and minimal
disruption.
The findings from this research will provide valuable insights into the prevalence and
nature of bullying incidents within our school community. This will enable us to develop
effective strategies and interventions to address bullying and foster a positive school climate.
