Dispersogen AN 100 is a 3 – in – 1 product with nonionic and anionic surface- Contact
active components and a polyglycol as humectant. Dispersogen AN 100 BU INDUSTRIAL & CONSUMER

Stabilizer for pigments in aqueous dispersions, Humectant - reduces the drying
/ extends the open time of tinting systems
Compatibilizer - improves the compatibility of aqueous tinting systems for
solvent and waterborne coatings alike, enables highest tinting yields and
reduces rubout.
Dispersogen AN 100 is suitable for both inorganic and organic pigments. An
additional humectant is not necessary. The guiding dosages are the following.

10 – 30% Dispersogen AN 100 on inorganic pigments


40 – 100% Dispersogen AN 100 on organic pigments

Storage and Shelf Life


Please keep the product in a dry and clean place. Dispersogen AN 100
becomes solid below temperatures of 15°C. After heating to 25 °C and mixing
with a propeller stirrer the product is ready for use. Product can contain slight
inhomogenities which do not impair the product properties. Dispersogen AN 100
should be mixed before use. The material should be stored in tightly closed
containers at 20-25°C in a clean and aerated place.

The shelf life is 730 days after the date of production. After expiration, the
product should be analyzed for extension of the shelf life.

Preservation
No preservative is added.
