BAC RESOLUTION DECLARING BET AND MET GREEN ELECTRONICS SUPPLIES AND
SERVICES AS THE LOWEST CALCULATED RESPONSIVE BID AND RECOMMENDING
AWARD THERETO.

BAC Resolution No. 2020-02

Whereas, the Barangay of Adlawan, Valencia, Bohol had advertised the Invitation to apply for Eligibility
and to Bid for the afore-stated project and posted the same at the Bulletin Board of the Barangay Hall and other
conspicuous places;

Whereas, in response to the said Invitation, one (1) supplier submitted its eligibility requirements, all
complied and subsequently submitted their bidding documents;

Whereas, the BAC received the bidding documents, financial and technical envelopes and when the bids
were opened on January 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., the following bids were read and passed the preliminary
examinations:

1. BET AND MET GREEN ELECTRONICS SUPPLIES AND SERVICES

Whereas, the detailed evaluation of the bids was conducted on January 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., resulting to
the following bid as calculated;

1. BET AND MET GREEN ELECTRONICS SUPPLIES AND SERVICES

Whereas, upon careful examination, the bidder with the lowest calculated bid, BET AND MET GREEN
ELECTRONICS SUPPLIES AND SERVICES was found to be responsive;

NOW, THEREFORE, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee hereby RESOLVED,

To declare BET AND MET GREEN ELECTRONICS SUPPLIES AND SERVICES as the Bidder with the
Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid for the afore-mentioned project;

(a) To recommend to the Hon. Barangay Captain for approval, the award for the supply of
materials of the above-named project at its total calculated Bid ninety three thousand eight
hundred forty eight Pesos only (P 93,848.00) inclusive of VAT and other government taxes;

RESOLVED at the Barangay of Adlawan, Valencia, Bohol this 20th day of January 2021.
