Dear Parents,

The present academic session of the school shall end on 31st March, 2024. Parents who are
desirous of relocating or discontinuing their wards’ journey of learning with our school for any
other reason in the next session 2024-25, then, in such case you are advised to inform through
the ‘Discontinuation Form’ which needs to be filled latest by 10/02/2024. This information
will help us in initiating the process of issuing a Transfer Certificate to the student.

Procedure for discontinuation:

1. A hard copy of the discontinuation form should be deposited to the Class Teacher latest
by 10/02/2024 positively.
2. A hard copy of the Transfer Certificate Form should be filled and submitted in school
office (bearing the signatures of both the Parents) with one month’s notice before the
new session commences (i.e.) 2024-25.

receipt of your circular dated 02/02/2024. We confirm that our ward named
____________________of Class/Section ______________ Admission No.___________ will
discontinue his / her studies in the School in Session 2024-25.

We undertake that since we have opted discontinuation option for our ward, therefore,
we will apply for Transfer Certificate before 01/03/2024, otherwise, we will be liable to
pay all the charges as per the withdrawal & refund policy of the school before taking the
Transfer Certificate.
